Occupational Health Administrator 
 
Our major client based in Preston, Lancashire urgently requires an experienced Occupational Health Administrator to carry out administrative duties for the Occupational Health admin team and department. You will need to have experience in providing administrative support in either a Healthcare or Occupational Health environment.

You will need to:
• Have good IT skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, database (training to be given)
• Be a competent touch & audio typist with good grammatical and presentation skills
• Have excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Be able to work on own initiative
• Have good time management skills
• Be flexible (able to respond to business demands)
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be able to work to deadlines
• Be able to integrate and work effectively with existing Occupational Health team
• Be able to work with confidential medical information
 
Full time, perm, 40 hours a week - 25 days holiday
Salary £18K Per Annum + Benefits

Experience
Previous experience of providing administrative support, ideally within some form of Healthcare or an Occupational Health setting
