Are you a graduate in Sports Therapy, Sport Rehabilitation or Physiotherapy? Are you looking for your first fantastic opportunity working with a company specialising in Rehabilitation?
 
Our private sector client based in Croydon, South London, has several graduate opportunities for Rehabilitation Case Managers. The Rehabilitation Case Manager role is a full time and permanent opportunity where the working hours are 7.5 hour shifts (between 8am-8pm) and you may be required to work an occasional Saturday (e.g. 5 hour shift).
 
The Rehabilitation Case Managers work in a high volume environment, undertaking telephone assessments to understand the patient’s conditions and needs. You will be acting as the coordinator in their pathway towards recovery.

You will be able to constantly develop and improve your clinical, professional and case management skills. The ideal candidate will have been working in a similar role for 12 months.
