OH Administrator (6 Months FTC)
Durham
Our client is a well known energy company, who are seeking to recruit an OH Administrator on a 6 months contract.
The successful candidate will be based full time from their Rainton offices. With a possible view for the candidate to work one day from home.
Our client is also open to flexible working hours on a full time basis. (9am-5pm or 8am 4pm etc).
Main duties.
This role is responsible for managing employee’s sickness this includes:
Managing appointments for the Agency Doctor and the Nurse
Managing the referral process
Managing expectations and updating employees and their managers when/where necessary
Assisting the Nurses in their general day to day activities
Managing all supporting paperwork, documentation and reports
It would be hugely beneficial to have SAP experience as this is the system they use, however may be happy to offer training to the right person.
Also essential is knowledge of medical terminlogy and have experience working in a hospital or GP surgery.
To be considered for this role, It would be hugely beneficial to have SAP experience as this is the system used by our client. However training can be given to the right candidate.
