Central London
Lead OHA (Band 8A)
Our client is a public organisation, and they seek to recruit a Lead OHA to work in Central London.
The successful candidate will be required lead and oversee the delivery of high quality occupational health nursing care.
Main duties to include.
Oversee the delivery of the clinical service. This will include managing timetables, clinic scheduling, staff rotas etc.
To plan for changes to service demand and allocate resources accordingly.
Develop and deliver training and promotional materials to support the aspects of the service e.g. prevention and management of exposures to blood and body fluids, stress management, sickness absence management etc.
Manage own clinical caseload to include all aspects of occupational service provision to NHS staff.
To be considered for this role you must be a UK Registered Nurse with an O.H qualification. Consideration will be given to candidates who may not hold the qualification but has substantial O.H experience.
