- Flu Clinic Nurse Flu Clinic - Nurses administer vaccines according to a vaccine programme.
What will they do?• Provide safe administration and delivery of the vaccination across a variety of settings - including hospital and community settings - in accordance with professional accountability and local/national standards and guidelines.• Respond to clinical emergencies, for example anaphylaxis, by initiating basic life support.• Ensure emergency procedures are executed and reported in accordance with national and local policy.• Report adverse drug reactions through the MRHA system.• Comply with mandatory training requirements and maintain training records.• Oversee the day-to-day co-ordination of the campaign - being the ‘go-to person’ for information and advice.
Role requirements:• Qualified Nurse (RGN)
• Registered with the NMC and valid live pin
• Significant experience as a nurse
• Efficient and professional
