Our client are a highly successful health care provider, and they are seeking to recruit a permanent part time Occupational Health Nurse.
The successful candidate will work shift patterns on a part time basis 19.5 hours per week
(Monday – Friday).
Main duties to include:
- Delivering comprehensive care for acute and chronic work-related injuries and illnesses.
- First Aid responder to onsite medical emergencies.
- Participating in the overall management of the medical monitoring program.
- Communicating with employees and management on health and safety issues
Assessing, evaluating and treating non- occupational related health issues within the agreed drop-in time except for medical emergencies.
To be considered for this role you must be a Registered General Nurse with a minimum of 2 years post registration experience in an Occupational Health setting with a post graduate qualification in Health & Safety / Occupational Health.
Consideration will be given to exceptional candidates who may not hold a OH qualification, but can demonstrate a great amount of OH work experience.
Salary: Negotiable + benefits.
